The Manifesto

Recruiting,rebuilt around fit.

An honest take on what's broken in college basketball recruiting, and what we're building, quietly, to fix it.

MANIFESTO

The recruiting industry runs on three things: relationships, hype, and luck. That is why families overpay, why kids end up at the wrong school, and why most of the highlight tape ever sent to a college coach gets watched for less than ten seconds.

We think the whole thing should be rebuilt around something simpler: fit. Style of play, roster need, academic match, geography, scholarship runway, and timing. Boring, measurable, honest things.

So we are building the opposite of what exists today. A quiet, data-first operating system for the recruiting journey, one that treats fit, leverage, and timing like the engineering problems they are. No volume. No spam. No promises we cannot back with numbers.

Today it powers our cohort, a small group of serious families. Over the next eighteen months, it opens up to families and college programs directly, with the people who use it shaping how it works. That is the only way to build something that actually deserves to exist.

If any of that resonates, get on the list. We will reach out when there is something real to show you.
